Konnichiwa! I am a little Daihatsu Hijet Truck! I’m here in the Nishi Chaya District in Kanazawa, Japan. This Geisha district is known for its historic tea houses (Chaya) & small craft shops! The other bit of the name, Nishi, means West. Now you know a little bit of Japanese too. Each and everyday I help to stock the craft shops & tea houses to make sure the tourists have enough to drink and to buy! The district is almost as small as I am because it’s just one street however, it is waaaaay older! Some of the tea houses are about 200 years old!
